The annual Department of Defense Suicide Event Report (DoDSER) standardizes suicide surveillance efforts across the military services and tracks the total suicide deaths, manner of death, and other variables. The DoDSER program is a collaborative effort of the Department of Defense's Suicide Prevention and Risk Reduction Committee (SPARRC), the military services, and the National Center for Telehealth and Technology (T2).
